Terms of use
These terms of sale are entered into, on the one hand, by FineArtCube, whose registered office is located at c France and which is registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 801 495 052 000 12, and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the FineArtCube website, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
Article 1. Purpose / Intellectual Property
These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between FineArtCube and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the FineArtCube online shop, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale.
These terms of sale shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by FineArtCube.
FineArtCube reserves the right to amend its terms of sale at any time. In that case, the applicable terms will be those in force on the date of the buyer’s order. It is your responsibility to consult these Terms of Sale periodically to see whether any changes have been made. If you continue to use the FineArtCube.com site after the publication of such changes, this will mean that you accept them.
Article 2. Content
All texts, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, illustrations, design, structure, appearance and presentation are owned by FineArtCube.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms of Sale, no section of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of FineArtCube.
Article 3. Characteristics of the goods offered
The products offered are those that appear in the catalogue published on the FineArtCube site.
These products and services are offered while stocks last.
The photographs in the catalogue are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product offered, particularly as regards colours.
Article 4. Rates / Prices
The prices shown in the catalogue are prices including tax, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services.
Fine Art Cube reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price shown in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The products remain the property of Fine Art Cube until the price has been paid in full.
The prices shown do not include order processing, transport and delivery costs, insofar as these take place within the geographical areas set out below.
If you place an order for a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and the French overseas departments and territories, the price will be calculated automatically exclusive of tax on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of Fine Art Cube. They will be borne by you and are your entire responsibility, both as regards declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/or bodies of your country. We advise you to enquire about these matters with your local authorities.

The seller will send confirmation of the recorded order by e-mail.
Article 8. Availability

Article 9. Delivery
9.1. General
The products are delivered to the delivery address you gave during the ordering process. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are shown to them when they confirm their order.
The delivery deadline corresponds to :
- the shipping time indicated when your order is confirmed, which is 15 days (it being understood that as soon as the product is shipped, a confirmation e-mail is immediately sent to the customer), to which is added
- The processing and transit time (delivery time)
The shipping time is 15 days, because some of the products we offer are made to order only and require manufacturing time.
When you order several products at the same time and these have different delivery dates, the delivery date of the order is based on the latest date. Fine Art Cube nevertheless reserves the possibility of splitting shipments.
In the event of a shipping delay, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform you of any possible consequence for the delivery date. In any event, in accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days, you may cancel your order within 60 working days. In that case, if you have received your product after cancellation, we will refund the product and the outward shipping costs upon our receipt of the product, complete and in its original condition.
Editions and posters are delivered rolled, in a tube.
9.2. Reservations
The buyer must check the parcel and its contents in front of the delivery person or at the post office before taking possession of it. If the parcel or the product is damaged, or if items are missing, the customer must note their reservations on the delivery slip, stating the problem precisely, and dating and signing the document.
You must also notify Fine Art Cube of any reservations about the product delivered.
In the cases defined in Article 12 below, you may benefit from the exchange and refund conditions provided for in that article.
Article 10. Payments
Payment for your purchases is made :
- either by bank card : Visa, MasterCard

The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals and not to professionals.
For any online purchase made in a country of the European Union, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without having to give a reason for their decision.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the above period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded ; return costs remain at your expense.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories…) so that they can be resold as new, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimal processing.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the purchase, unless the seller and the buyer agree to use another means of refund.
If the refund is made by bank cheque, it will be sent in the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.
