This poster was created and will be presented as part of the first exhibition of the “Chaos” series at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Danubiana Museum, in Bratislava, Slovakia, in May 2013.
The photograph featured on the poster is titled “My Life On The Web”, illustrating how, in today’s world, the internet imposes both its dictatorship of freedom and its dictatorship of transparency. It opens up new possibilities, new forms of expression, and new modes of exchange, while signaling the end of modesty and secrecy, and announcing the rise of a certain pleasure in self-surveillance.
